We had a great talk tonight from Tony Kelly, a diabetes strategic patient partner for the Birmingham and Solihull ICS (Integrated Care System)

We learnt about the causes and symptoms and differences between type 1 and type 2 diabetes and what we can do to keep type 2 at bay. Tony has offered to return in the new year to talk about nutrition in more detail.
